(1)the purposes for which the corporation is formed are: (a) to share programmatic and related data between and among members aimed at improving the productivity and effectiveness of service delivery of community mental healthcare centers; (b) to provide regional advertising programs aimed at educating the general public to services offered by members; c) to provide technical assistance in program development, management and cost allocation to members; d) to provide training and education services to members on new developments and trends in the mental health care industry; (e) to provide a forum for providers to discuss issues pertaining to their organizations; (f) to effectively accommodate new and innovative programs and arrangements for mental health care payment and delivery including, without limitation, an accountable care organization; (g) to establish processes to promote evidence-based mental health medicine and patient engagement; (h) to better serve the mental health care n.
