Who this helps
Patients, caregivers, and families trying to make sense of diagnosis questions, care decisions, insurance barriers, financial stress, or support close to home.
About AdvocateBridge
Matt Toresco built AdvocateBridge after years of trying to find the right help for his own spine injury and learning how lonely the healthcare system can feel. This directory exists so other patients and caregivers do not have to search alone. AdvocateBridge helps you find patient groups, one-on-one advocates, medical specialty groups, and local practical support without making you decode the system first.
