How we verify listings

The directory is built to help patients find real support without guessing which links are useful.

Directory information only. Not medical advice. If this is urgent, use the crisis resources above.

What we check

We look for clear contact information, public-facing support resources, relevant patient or caregiver services, and enough information to help someone decide whether to start there.

Trust labels

  • Verified listing: stronger source signals or recently checked details.
  • Reviewed listing: useful profile with reviewed public information.
  • Basic listing: included for discovery, but details may need confirmation.

What a listing does not mean

A listing is not a medical recommendation, clinical endorsement, or guarantee that an organization is right for every patient. It is a starting point for support.

Questions people ask

Does Verified mean AdvocateBridge endorses the organization?

Can organizations request updates?
