Cancer Assistance Fund of North Texas

Our mission is to provide opportunities to empower patients, their families, caregivers, and health professionals to become partners in cancer care.

Psychotherapy services to patients – psychotherapy services from a licensed pyschotherapist are available for patients who are struggling with their cancer diagnosis. The patient can meet with the therapist at no cost in order to receive information that will help them process and cope with their illness. In 2024, over 467 recipients have been seen by the psychotherapist.

Massage therapy – massage therapy helps patients in active treatment with pain. This is at no cost to the patient. There has been over 510 patients that have received the services.
