The Childrens PSC Foundation supported a clinical trial at Yale University analyzing the changes in fecal microbiome composition from PSC patients undergoing oral vancomycin therapy. These trials are ongoing.

The Childrens PSC Foundation is supporting a trial with Biome Bank an Australian biotech company on the effectiveness of fecal transplantation for treatment of PSC. These trials are ongoing.
