Fundacion Puertorriquena Sindrome Down

To provide and promote the conditions that will conduct a person with Down syndrome to be included and integrated to the social, economic and educational structures of Puerto Rico.

The organization provides counseling services and support to families with individuals with Down syndrome. Services are provided by way of early intervention, physical, occupational, speech, therapies, ludoteka, sports, arts, supported employment, independet living and reading and writing tutoring to children and adults with Down syndrome. It also promotes public awareness of the condition and of the problems faced by this population.
