Hancock County Parkinsons Network

Description

The mission of the Hancock County Parkinson’s Network is to empower individuals affected by Parkinson’s and their caregivers by providing resources for education, programming, and support while raising community awareness about the disease.

50 North Senior Center Grant-Funds used to enhance their Parkinson’s exercise initiative which includes specialized instructor training, adaptive equipment and expanded programming tailored to individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers.

Awakening Minds Art grant – Funds used for the Creative Connection program which includes Art for Parkinson’s program and providing monthly therapeutic art sessions for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers.

Hancock County Parkinsons Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-0633315) based in Findlay, OH.
