Icg Foundation advances health equity by delivering compassionate, trans- affirming healthcare for LGBTQ+ people; providing free HIV/sti testing, primary and mental-health services, and culturally responsive education; and creating clear pathways to coverage for the uninsured through direct insurance enrollment, premium assistance, and emergency funds. Guided by social-justice values, we pair clinical care with outreach, advocacy, and strategic partnerships so every individual can lead a healthy, self- determined life.

“primary & preventive care access-free community clinics and referral pathways connect uninsured and underinsured individuals with routine primary care, vaccinations, and chronic disease management.HIV/sti prevention & testing – mobile and pop-up testing sites offer rapid screening, counseling, and linkage to care at pride festivals, shelters, and youth centers.

“identity empowerment fund – covers insurance premiums, lab fees, and hormone-replacement therapy medication for transgender patients who would otherwise forgo care.additionally, prep/pep, and gender-affirming primary care in a stigma-free environment.
