Global Genes Global Advocacy Alliance member focused on rare disease support, education, advocacy, or research. The Loving Loic Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to develop a lifetime cure for pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration (“PKAN”). In honor of Loic Blackford, a PKAN warrior, our mission is to advance effective gene therapy and other effective treatments to bring hope and healing to all children impacted by this devastating disease.
