The corporation is a nonprofit organization incorporated and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3)of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the “code”)(all references to sections of the code include the corresponding provision of any subsequent federaltax law). In particular, the corporation’s purpose is to promote scientific research and advance public education regarding medical issues.

Provided support to cardiac and pain research registries looking to improve patient outcomes in outpatient surgical centers. Involvement includes capturing all data entered into the edc (electronic data capture), verifying data integrity, and providing compensation for the data as per the contract to the physician partners that provided the services to the patients.
