Meggs Foundation II

The Meggs Foundation is making a significant impact in the lives of young adults who are undergoing cancer treatments in the Greater Charlotte area. The costs and expenses associated with these life threatening treatments can be enormous bringing on added stress and anxiety both of which are contrary to healing and wellness. The Meggs Foundations provides emergency financial relief for these individuals we are helping them focus on whats most important – getting well. This financial relief includes paying for mortgages rent payments car payments and utility costs while the patient is undergoing cancer treatments. 22 patients were helped during the year 2024.

The Meggs Foundation helped 22 patients suffering from income loss due to cancer and life threatening medical treatments. The financial support included the payment of Rent mortgages utilities and car payment expenses.
