MS – Just Keep Moving

Support for people with MS. We provide a free facility, exercise equipment, exercise programs, education, and emotional support for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and their loved ones. We exist to help people truly “LIVE” their best life with MS despite the challenges of MS. Approximately 140 people with MS are served, along with additional caretakers.

Education on nutrition and physical therapies. Education includes a weekly discussion with a licensed nutritionist, stretching for spasticity, physical therapy assistance, participation in MS research and other programs. 140 people served.

Emotional support for those with MS and caregivers. Weekly prayer group and caregiver support groups meet. Shared goals and challenges and successes have built a strong community. An annual retreat for caregivers is also provided. 100 people served.
