The mission of the organization is to spark and lead collaborative action to ensure optimal cardiovascular and metabolic health and well-being for all through their lifespan.

Many Americans living with cardiovascular disease face significant barriers to receiving the care they need. The National Forums Value & Access Collaborative (VAC) brings together a diverse group of stakeholders-including patients, providers, purchasers, payers,public health professionals, and representatives from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries -to address these challenges.

The National Forum convenes leaders and stakeholders to spark and lead collaborative action that advances cardiovascular and metabolic well-being across the lifespan. – Annual Meeting – October 24, 2024 Advancing Health Throughout America: Novel Data-Driven Approaches for Cardiovascular Health – Mid-Year Meeting – May 9, 2024 Making Equitable Hypertension Control a New Norm.
