Educate/support dementia patients/caregivers.
Caregiver day out provides dementia friendly training to 25 restaurants, 15 banks, county social services, county transportation and visitors bureau. Benfitted 690 people.
Dementia/Alzheimer’s walk to bring awareness and education to caregivers of persons living with dementia/alzheimers. Benefitted 125 participants.
