Sort 4 the Cause

Established by a group of ladies that became interconnected by the common thread of having or knowing someone, whose life has been impacted by cancer or a life-impacting disease, the organization’s mission is to proivde some joy, comfort, and assistance to local individuals and their families whose lives have also been disrupted with a disorder. The organization solicits direct donations from the public and holds an annual fundraising event to help provide funds to other organizations helping children and adults stricken with cancer and/or other life threatening illnesses. The event raises funds through sponsorship donations, direct solicitation, auctions and other various means.

During the year ended, the organization was able to donate to children’s wishes and dreams, wellness house, and heartlinks hospice & palliative care through its fundraising efforts.
