To support and enhance the quality of life and care of children diagnosed with trisomy, inside or outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through compassionate and supportive activities.

Moving for Fair Care: To support the families of children with trisomy, inside or outside of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through assistance and supportive services for relocations to obtain care, assistance and supportive services for temporary housing to obtain care, other assistance and supportive services during periods of treatment, and supportive services to families of a deceased child.

Education & Awareness of Trisomy 13/18: To develop programs, inside or outside of Commonwealth of Kentucky, that educate parents and family members of children diagnosed with trisomy concerning treatment and other information regarding the condition so that they have current and accurate information and resources available to them for obtaining care.
