Take Down Duchenne

Take Down Duchenne is a nonprofit organization established in 2025 with the mission of accelerating the development of targeted therapies for individuals with rare, medically underserved mutations in the dystrophin gene. Take Down Duchenne is currently engaged in efforts to advance an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO)-based therapeutic approach aimed at restoring functional dystrophin expression in patients with mutations in this region.
