To significantly improve the treatment and outcome of bone, joint and muscular disorders caused by disease and injury through conducting agressive orthopaedic scientific research, providing educational programs to share discoveries, furthering professional and public awareness of orthopaedics, and cooperating with existing researchers and institutions to form partnerships between academic and industrial and clinical communities.

Health economics & outcomes research: utilizing transformational research and analytics to evaluate processes, products and devices with the goal to optimize efficiencies, improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of life. Post market clinical follow-up (PMCF) studies safety & efficacy registries (5y+ long term f/u) standard of care pros & quality initiatives publications & national kol podium talks.

Community outreach/educational activities research internship program – increase the opportunity of deserving students within our local community to gain exposure to various aspects of healthcare specifically sports medicine/orthopedics and research key areas of exposure include orthopedic surgery & clinical rotation along with radiology, anesthesia, physical therapy, data analytics and research community outreach/educational activities – continuing to expand current programs & lectures at local schools/universities increasing mentorships & participation in community outreach.
