Vision: vivent health envisions an end to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.mission: to end HIV/AIDS by providing integrated, personalized, judgment-free healthcare, social services, and effective prevention strategies.

Prevention services – in all locations, vivent health provides aggressive, targeted education, prevention and testing services. In fy2025, vivent health conducted 11,859 HIV tests, 3,210 hepatitis c (HCV) tests, and 19,784 sti tests.
