XELSOURCE helps patients with insurance verification, prior authorization and coverage questions for Xeljanz. Commercially insured patients may use the co-pay savings program, and eligible uninsured or underinsured patients may be evaluated for the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program.

Help offered: copay savings card, free drug for uninsured (PAP), insurance navigation / benefits verification, prior authorization help.

Federal and state healthcare beneficiaries are not eligible for the co-pay savings program; Pfizer refers eligible government-insured patients to Medicare Extra Help first.
