XTANDI Support Solutions offers a savings program for commercially insured patients, up to $7,000 per calendar year with no income requirement. The Astellas Patient Assistance Program provides Xtandi at no cost to eligible patients.

Help offered: copay savings card, free drug for uninsured (PAP), bridge or quick-start supply, financial assistance referral.

Patient Savings Program excludes patients on state or federal programs such as Medicaid, Medicare and VA. Page states 100% of Medicare Part D patients are covered for Xtandi.
